We seek individual and multi-store owners in most all areas of the United States.

DOES ALL AMERICAN ASSIST IN SITE SELECTION AND LEASE NEGOTIATIONS?
Yes! We have over two decades of expertise in all aspects of real estate selection
and lease negotiations. We have an established detailed site selection criteria process
which is used to locate All American and Sertinos restaurants from community "strip" shopping
centers to major regional shopping malls. |

WHAT KIND OF ALL AMERICAN OR SERTINOS FRANCHISE IS AVAILABLE?
An individual franchise agreement is utilized for single or multi-store development
in regional shopping malls, neighborhood shopping centers, specialty retail situations
and office buildings. In addition, we have master area development agreements available
for sub franchising and area development rights in all regions of the United States. |

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF AN ALL AMERICAN OR SERTINOS SHOP?
There is no one size; stores generally range from 175 to 1,600 square feet.
Your All American or Sertinos restaurant may be located in a shopping mall, community "strip"
center or a free standing building. |

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED COST TO OPEN AN ALL AMERICAN OR SERTINOS?
The typical total investment required to open an All American or Sertinos
franchise is between $208,950 - $288,625 depending on the concept you choose,
the size of your market, the location of your shop, the equipment utilized and the
physical layout of your facility. |

IS THERE A MONTHLY ROYALTY?
Yes. It is 6.0% of gross sales, less sales/use tax and promotional discounts.
The franchise royalty is paid monthly and is used to pay for the continuing support
of our franchise system. |

IS THERE A MONTHLY MARKETING FEE?
Yes. The monthly marketing fee is 1% of gross sales, less sales/use tax and promotional discounts.
This fee pays for the production and distribution of point-of-purchase newsletters, posters,
advertising plans and other marketing materials. Sales promotions are supported by professionally
produced point of purchase banners and counter cards. |

WHAT IS THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT?
The initial franchise agreement is for a term of ten years. |

WHAT KIND OF ASSISTANCE WILL I RECEIVE FROM ALL AMERICAN SPECIALTY RESTAURANTS?
We assist you in each phase of the development and startup of your business and beyond - from
your store's location and interior design, to extensively training you and your employees
and seeing you through the grand opening. Furthermore, we provide on-going support by periodically
visiting your shop, sending information about updated operational procedures and recipe ideas, and
continuing promotions and sales support. |
