All American has an extensive training program designed to
make you knowledgeable in our field. All American's
training program consists of classroom
and in-store training. |

Training begins at our corporate office in Portland, Oregon. You will spend up to
ten days focusing on management skills, food preparation, personnel
administration and store promotions. Included is a review of
All American's Confidential Operations Manual. The Manual is
used in your store as a reference guide for daily store operations,
problem solving, and an aid for training staff. |

Prior to the opening of your store, All American provides in-store training for you
and your staff. Training ensures your store's opening goes smoothly,
and it works to increase your store's long-term performance. |
|
Since training is the most important aspect of a successful restaurant, we will continue
the training process with frequent store visitations, Operations
Manual updates and other information to keep you current with
operational enhancements and recipe innovations. |
